Our CrossFit training sessions are all about community, team spirit, and motivation. Whether you’re already fit or you are just starting your health journey, being a part of our community will always motivate you to be better. Our varied programs can be modified to suit any fitness level and are perfect for people of any age who are striving to be better than they were yesterday.
CrossFit Training Classes
OUR CROSSFIT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FORGE A BROAD, GENERAL, AND INCLUSIVE FITNESS SUPPORTED BY MEASURABLE, OBSERVABLE, AND REPEATABLE RESULTS.
The program prepares you for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.
While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
Specialty Programs
Our specialty programs are supplemental to our CrossFit classes and are designed to help athletes take their training deeper. With these programs, we offer athletes the opportunity for improvement in cardio, stamina, strength, skills, and more.
Engine 24
In ENGINGE24 we hyper focus on the aerobic capacity piece of CrossFit.
Monday & Wednesday @ 6pm
Using our monostructural movements, running, rowing, biking, and skiing, while also throwing in movements like burpees and box jumps, we prepare our bodies for the workouts we will see in CrossFit class.
We work our anaerobic system in order to better our bike sprints, quick metcons, and even the explosiveness needed in lifting.
While also giving time to the longer, more grueling aerobic system to help us better perform in workouts like Murph or a 2k row.
The number one goal of ENGINE24 is to make you feel more confident in these monostructural movements, no matter the distance or length, when you see them in your CrossFit class!

PUMP
Functional Bodybuilding Classes - build muscle mass & a solid structural foundation.
Tuesday 6:00pm & Thursday 5:30AM
Our PUMP class forges traditional bodybuilding techniques with functional movement patterns to help you build muscle mass and create a solid structural foundation for your overall CrossFit program.
PUMP is a 1-hour class meticulously programmed for any athlete who wants to focus on control over intensity and thus, improve their overall body composition and movement quality.
PUMP is all about YOU being in control. Each class will have a body-point specific focus (ex: Chest, Arms, Glutes, Core, etc.) featuring new movements that don’t typically appear in CrossFit (Bench Press, Bicep Curls, etc.). By isolating these muscle groups, you’ll build strength and increase your overall performance in our greater CrossFit program. Each class will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced track so that YOU can learn and grow.
